Veenstra + Lloyd's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced, licensed plumber to join our growing team.

Position Details

Schedule: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience, plus overtime opportunities and benefits

Vehicle: Fully stocked company service vehicle provided

Equipment: Company phone, uniforms, and all major tools provided

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems
• Perform service, maintenance, and installation work safely and efficiently
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and explain recommended solutions to customers in a professional, easy-to-understand manner
• Complete jobs with a high level of workmanship and attention to detail
• Maintain accurate job notes and documentation using company software
• Ensure all work complies with the Ontario Plumbing Code and applicable regulations
• Communicate effectively with office staff, dispatch, and fellow technicians
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work area
• Participate in an on-call rotation as required
• Represent Veenstra + Lloyd's professionally in every customer interaction

Qualifications

• Licensed 306A Plumber in Ontario
• Valid G driver's licence with a clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile service software
• Experience with Simpro or similar field service software is considered an asset

Education Requirements

• Ontario Certificate of Qualification (306A Plumbing Licence)
• Valid Working at Heights certification (or willingness to obtain)
• WHMIS certification (preferred)

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience following apprenticeship
• Experience in residential service plumbing preferred
• Experience with light commercial plumbing considered an asset
